Colombia Decaf Product Description
This coffee goes through a decaffeination process using sugarcane. This process utilizes a naturally occuring compound, Ethyl Acetate (EA) to decaffeinate coffee. Since EA is naturally-occuring, the process is labeled as "naturally decaffeinated" resulting a flavor with notes like dried fruit, brown spices and nut.
