  • Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer both domestic and international shipping.

Domestic Shipping (Indonesia):

  1. Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
  2. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping:

  1. We ship to selected countries (If your location is not listed, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you).
  2. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided at checkout.
  3. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.
  4. Customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
