At Common Grounds, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality of our coffee beans and want to ensure that your experience with us is a positive one.
Returns and Refunds
Customers have the right to return an order within 7 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. Common Grounds holds the right to additional charges if the return does not meet this criteria. If customers use their right to send back an order they should contact Common Grounds in order to get an address to send the goods to. Common Grounds only has warehouses in Indonesia.
If an item is wrong item, defective or damaged in any way on arrival, Common Grounds should be contacted within 7 days for information about compensation. Common Grounds holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.
